With all the jobless Indian CPL/IRs, I do not think you will be able to find a job in India easily or being accepted by DGCA. In Malaysia, all the schools are short of Instructors and in Thailand there are currently some availabilities in a JAR standard school. Philippines.... the standards seem quite low
