What kind of experiance are companies looking for from pilots to make their first move onto a Bizjet? I am looking in the USA direction as I wouldn't mind living there for a while, and it will be an easier licence conversion.

What Total Time are they after?

Is any Jet Time required?

I have a real interest to move into bizjets as a career rather than airlines. Im currently building single turbine time doing charter in Australia. There is a job prospect coming up for twin turbine but now while I am thinking of the future I am looking even further ahead.

Thank you in advance for your answers,

El

First things first El. Do you have the right to live and work in the US? Not casting aspertions but I assume you do?

Yeah got right to work and live in US and in the process of changing Aussie ATPL over for FAA.

You could try NetJets America - I know they took someone with loads of ATR hours so Jet time is clearly not a pre-requisite.
