Hi, i cant seem to find it anywhere....

In Australia a NVFR flight may be flown as:

Private
Aerial work
& Cargo Charter.

However, if you want to fly Passenger Charter, in a single you need a turbine engine.

Does this mean that you cannot fly a passenger charter flight in a normal piston engine twin. Or does that Twin have to be Turbine as well?

I cant seem to find any mention of it anywhere!:bored::{
Thanks

happy flying

CAR 174B states that pax carrying charter at night in a single, must be an approved turbine.

A multi night charter can be in a piston.
