On a positive note....

Just wanted to say thanks to the crew of EasyJet 5140 who got me from BCN into LGW last Wednesday night. We were on the ground 20 mins early - and my bag even arrived inside five minutes.

I do a lot of business flying (although as a minimum hours PPL I'd like to do more myself one day) and it's rare to be able to get off the plane and into a cab within 15 minutes. Especially appreciated since this arrival was at 2300 when the trains home have more or less given up...

Perhaps you should thank the tailwind or the generous scheduled block time which helped to get you there "early", and the ground baggage handlers for getting your bag to you so promptly. :)
