Thanks,

Hey !
I have just sent you an PM. I am an FAA Helicopter Instructor myself and I also know some people in Europe as well.
Regards,
Simon

Hi Simon,

Thank you for your response to my enquiry.

It's a bit of a long story, but in brief I have about 35 hours with a CAA Instructor flying and R22, and I am looking to complete my training to obtain an FAA licence.

I did have an instructor lined up but his Instructor's licence has recently expired and he is not renewing it.

The main problem is to find some one local (to Colchester Essex) who can help; for the time being at least I have ruled out travelling to the States.

The only FAA school/instructor that I have been able to find is several hours away form wher I live.

I would appreciate your thoughts.

Mike

I think, but I am not certain that Flashover999 might be an FAA CFI.

Might be worth a PM to him to check.
