There was a report on the BBC Midlands Today News this evening regarding the Dakota fleet of Coventry-based Air Atlantique. I was only half-listening, but the gist of the report was that due to new EC regulations these aircraft will no longer be able to fly passengers. "the cost of modifications required is not justified" said a spokesman.
Does this mean the aircraft can continue to fly, but no longer carrying passengers, or are they to be grounded?
I'll leave the moderator to kindly park this elsewhere as appropriate.
Thanks
