a non UK company is asking me for a FCL1.200 certificate.
this is for the english language??.

I have a UK Jar license, and I would like to know if the radio license is the same as this FCL1.200, or is it the written test VFR/IFR com?

where can I get this FCL 1.200 form?

Got a letter from the CAA yesterday, it was an update for my licence. On the bottom of page 3 it said language proficency: English. Apparently these are being issued to all UK licence holders, to meet the requirment for ICAO level 4 english. If i understand correctly the level issued through grandfather rights is below level 4, but will be uprated to level 4 after your next check. Hope this helps!

All UK commercial licence holders will get level 4 (the minimum required to operate).

Issuing something below level 4 would be a waste of time.
