Qualcuno ha idea delle differenze tra i due diversi contratti o darmi qualche link dove me li posso trovare da solo?
Sento ogni giorno versioni diverse e vorrei chiarirmi le idee!

Grazie! Gia conoscevo il link pero! non è perniente chiaro soprattutto le differenze tra i due contratti... apprendo che non c'è ne paga base o diaria... corretto?
FR contract:

SO - STG16,500ish, STG12.00/hr (first six month) STG19.20/hr
JFO- STG23,500ish, STG19.20/hr
FO - STG27,500ish, STG19.20/hr
CPT- STG40,000ish, STG24.00/hr
Brookfield contracto:
Fee payable as based captain
per hour: 125 euros per scheduled block hour performed
Non-based Captain 114 euros per scheduled block hour performed
Fee payable as based first officer 75 euros per scheduled block hour performed
(1,500+ JAR 25 time on joining
Ryanair through Brookfield or
Maximum 12 months from transfer
to Brookfield as Ryanair Cadet)
Non-based first officer 65 euros per scheduled block hour performed
Ryanair Experienced Cadet:
(Minimum 500 hours JAR 25 time
And total of 1000 hours on joining
Ryanair through Brookfield, or
Maximum 3 months from transfer
to Brookfield as Ryanair Cadet) 55 Euros per scheduled block hour
Fee payable for Ryanair
Cadet (first job as a
Commercial pilot) 45 Euros per scheduled block hour
Allowance: Euro 20 per block hour, away from main base only, to cover all benefits and expenses including accommodation, transport, meals.
