Hi everybody, I was wondering if anyone knows of any helicopter maintenance facilities within travelling distance of Carlisle? I believe the north air ambulance bases an aircraft there but i had no joy in receiving any info when I contacted them direct. Moving to the Glasgow area is also an option for me but I heard of one guy who worked for Bond there, and although a nice company to work for, he was on his own most of the time and it drove him crazy. I am keen to stay on the rotary side of things as it took me long enough to get a B1.3 licence. I'm not really prepared to become the new guy again if i go fixed wing, well not yet anyway.
