Aircraft Hire- Manila (License Validation & Flight School)

Does anyone know how to validate a PPL/CPL (JAA) in order to hire an AC in Manila for a flight to Boracay? For that matter, does anyone know any flight schools in manila that will rent planes? Seneca or a 206?

The best solution is to hire a CPL holder to fly with you right seat while you fly left seat.

Validating your JAA license will take 10 years in manila.
