Firstly may I say how much I respect the job that all pilots carry out on a daily basis :Dand I congratulate you all on your courage whilst carrying out this important and very responsible work. I dont think that you always receive the praise that you all deserve. I have travelled on many airlines to many destinations and have today returned from Paris. Our landing was difficult very strong cross winds and before that clear air tubulance.But our Pilot made a superb landing and brought her in perfectly.
