This is pretty old stuff though!
I think the event took place sometime in September/October.

Wondering why they're diggin' this out now?!
Not much else going on, I suppose + probably even more important, they need to sell their "news"paper?!
By any means necessary.:yuk:

Oh, sorry about that!
The newspaper posted this today or yesterday so I assumed it was fresh.
Obviously, judging from the green grass it is quite obvious this wasn't exactly from last weeks Sweden:ouch:

So what you doing reading Aftonbladet Jimmy? Fed up reading the UK news? :(

It's OK, he can just claim the Rad Alt wasn't working and therefore he cannot be expected to judge the height visually:ouch:

It doesn't seem wise to do this over the top of the heads of people on the ground (even if photographers), but otherwise, it looks pretty much like a normal days work in the life of a military pilot, including the open cargo ramp.

Have a look at the following link:

Enjoy!

The incident with the Hercules has not been made public before as it has been classified by the Swedish Airforce. Thé plane had been conducting para drop exercices, and this was the "bye-bye chaps" greeting from the pilot.... not a very good idea though... 3-5 metres a g....
