Where to work with only a Dip.Aero Engineering

I have a Dip.Aeronautical Engineering from Singapore. I want to work in the MRO sector, but I'm unsure as to where I should go.

Should I work in SIA Engineering, or Singapore AeroEngines, EAGLES Pratt and Whitney. Do these places provide the opportunity to acquire the LAE or can this be done on an individual basis ?

Also, what's the job market like overseas for newly Diploma Graduates ?
