Far East tech stop

Heading back from Kuala Lumpur in a GIV just wondering if anyone has info on stopping in Asghabat UTAA for fuel. Looks ok from Google Earth, Anybody any first hand info. Would you turnaround in 1 Hour or less? Its as great circle as we can get in the IV. Other options are Shiraz in Iran, or Tashkent anlthough this would required an additional stop before reaching destination.
