Any ideas for good European rec houses? joint Expat buyins?

Hello, has any expat Bizjets guys have any experience with buying a house somewhere in Europe as a joint ownership deal? A party pad/recreational house that people can share during rotation?

Thinking about somewhere in the warm climates, easy to get to, relaxing yet has party options available. Considering about foreign taxes, ease of purchases by foreigners, prices etc.

Please pitch in if you have any ideas or experiences that could be of benefit.
