Air Nelson Interview

Hi all,

i've got an air nelson interview in a couple of weeks:) and just wondered if anyone out there had any up to date info e.g. Previous questions, what they are looking for, company info etc

Hi,

No recent notes, but they are looking for someone who is a team player and can get along with others, go about their job without causing any waves and is able to learn and progress at a reasonable rate (assessed in the sim).

Your interview will be with 2 or 3 guys, probably Steve Scott, Neil Kenny and one other. All good guys. be honest.

Tech questionnaire about 10 - 20 q's from memory? not too difficult, just descent profiles (know your 3 x tables for descent profiles), rate of closure questions, groundspeed vs time and distance etc.

Probably about 30-45 mins of panel interview, mix of tech IFR/personal q's.
Standard practical stuff that you would prepare for any interview, no P of F from what I can remember. Know your current role/job well as you may get probed on that.

My interview was 18-20 months ago so a few things may have changed.

Hope I have helped, someone else may be able to provide a little more light.

P.S. you will have to do a urine drug test, so don't go for a piss before you get there.!
