My idea, or Jade changed T&C's, regarding new conditions starting december 2008? I understood that basic salary would be for 50 hours and then would start base pay 1 to 80 hours then base 2. Now it says that "depending" on companys performance they would mantain basic salary for 80 hours for 2009. It means that it could even go down. Any comments on this?
