Save your hard earned money chaps. They see this as a way of making easy money just as Streamline do or did!

There are no current jobs in BAC and if there are future jobs, they will probably take the ex Gill type rated people.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!. .Don't do it.. .Having flown the SD360 myself it's not worth paying £10500 plus VAT for(yes that is the price for this course ,goundschool and 11hr flighttime)!!. .The other problem is that there is "probably"no job offer at the end of the course.. .From the people i know at BAC i have heard that the company is milking out the situation the aviation industry is in at the moment.. .F/O being offered a command but staying on F/O's pay(can you believe it). .The company asking people to relocate to a new base ,relocation allowence £500,-!!. .I never thought i would say this but suddenly the deal Ryanair is offering sounds pretty good.

Have you ever seen a Butcher or carpenter pay for training or a job ,and we call ourself professionals!!. .It's time to wake up and tell these company's they can stick it where the sun doesnt shine. <img src="mad.gif" border="0"> . .to everybody looking for a job ,thing will change and by this time next year things will be better (believe me)

All very reminiscent of the early 90`s... and just as tacky now as it was then.... . Think very, very carefully before spending large sums of money on a 360 rating - PARTICULARLY when there is absolutely NO guarantee of a job at the end of the day.. . Morally it is pretty reprehensible for companies to ask individuals, who can probably ill afford it, to subsidise their training departments..

BAC`s relocation allowance is the princely sum of £500... incredible but true...
