Hi there,

To prepare for interviews/assessments, I am looking at a range of books that I can read to hopefully help me along the way.

The main one that has been recommended to me is
"Ace the Technical Pilot Interview"
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Technical-Pilot-Interview-Gary-Bristow/dp/0071396098

Are there any other ones you would recommend getting?

Thanks in advance.

I think you will find some useful information on these forums if you do a search mate. I purchased Ace the Technical Pilot interview, and to be honest, I did not think it was particularly good. You will notice, especially if you are staright out of your ATPL's, that there are a number of mistakes in it. It may have been re-issued, but I am not sure.

One thing I found helpful with interviews, is try and get as much feedback from people who have attended a number of airline interviews. You will soon get a flavour for the style and the likely questions you will be asked. Once you have sourced the information it is a good idea to sit down with someone and practice. It worked for me :).

All the best with it.

Anyone had any experience of 'Airline Pilot Technical Interviews: A Study Guide' by Ronald D. McElroy?
