I have checked out their web site and am wondering if anyone here works for them, and can give some insight as to what their like to work for, conditions, morale, pay, etc.
Thanks in advance!!

Good company to work for.
At the moment they opperate 6*B727(owned by ACL) and 6*A300 (i think, owned byDHL).
ACL is negotiating a deal with schreiner to buy there 3*A300 and there looking for at least 2 more.(we just won a new contract for 3 A300 for Air postal in France)
The 727 are leaving the end of next year and the crews will be retrained on the A300 ,till this is done contract crews will fly the new A300's.
An F/O(727) starts on +/_ £35000 + flightpay
An Captain(727) starts on +/_ £52000+ Flightpay
flightpay will be £8000+ in most cases.
Overall people are happy at ACL ,a pay review is due next week and we hope that the pay will go up a bit to level with the new DHL UK.
Rostering on the 727 is very flexible(you never fly whats on your roster and your day's off very per roster, on the A300 its set in stone 8on /6 off.
I hope this information will help you out.

Neil, thanks for the info.
I maybe hoping to become one of those contract pilots on the A300 until the 27 guys get retained at the end of the year. Couple furthur questions, do the A300 pilots get paid the same as the 27 guys?
And any idea what the F/E's get paid.
Thanks

A300 pilots are on a bit more, I think Capt. Are on £57000+flightpay ,F/O and F/E are on £36000 +flightpay .
They make more money because they do less work ,GRRRRRRRRRR
