Can anyone help? Under JAR OPS, and with a UK registered carrier, is it legal to carry a fully qualified loadmaster IN the flightdeck of a full freighter - not QC or combi, but full freighter. This may seem an odd question, but believe me, I'm deadly serious. Feedback is appreciated.

If we will look on UK operators - the answer is yes, because they carrying loadmasters (depends of aircraft type and company policy).

Viking, if you go to www.ja.nl/ (http://www.ja.nl/) you'll find all the JAR OPS regs there, if your operator decides that a loadmaster is needed for a particular operation, and there is a proper seat with O2 etc for you, I think its OK try JAR-OPS 1.940, that may help. :)
