ATPL-Are the ITVV Videos helpful?

Can anyone let me know what they think about using the ITVV videos as a tool to help with the Aircraft Systems ATPL exam.

I watched the 767 (Leisure Airlines I think it is) ITVV video whilst studying for ATPL systems and was interesting but not a great help for the exam.

It is not a waste of time to watch it but just focus on AFT notes and exams if you can get them and you will be fine.

I used the FS9 767 Pilot in Command Add-on to help me memorise modes, dispay colors, sequences etc. and found it a lot of help being able to remember "hands on" rather than just reading text from a book.

(It was a lot of fun too tho a bit distracting at times)
