About 1200 to 1400 $USD per hour Wet old chap in europe due to requirements of airworthiness directives. Should be able to buy one for 800,000 to 1.7M $USD. Source americas and asia for best prices.

Good luck..........

Have seen FH-227 and 27's go from 400K up and low @ 200K for a beat up machine with engines near toast-time.

If you need one contact Farnair Europe, they had two of their's for sale in Flight recently.

The good thing with these machines would be, that they are JAA certified. But that cost a little more money to get them. How about a YS11 freighter???
