got to go to UUOO and UWUU in late january. Any advice? Do they have aircraft deicing capability with a fluid known to man?

Visited in Sept last year with Hawker 850. No problems efficient handling and ATC. A number of airlines operate scheduled services so de-icing should not be a problem.
