Evening all
Only get back here occasionally so the whole APA/Qantas thing was very much from a distance.
Just wondering personal thoughts from those here permanently as to the commentary from the media - in some ways a question, regardless of your own personal feelings, "who do you think was fair and objective??"
Firstly gotta say - if private equity EVER want a part of something there has to be a reason - and it won't be to the benefit of any other than themselves so straight away even the average grunt should be asking: why, what for, when, whose benefit etc.
Going on from that:
- who were the commentators on board from day 1?? Did they ever change??
- were there any commentators NOT on board from day 1?? Did they ever change??
Finally - regardless of their sphere of expertise who, when commentating on aviation, do you "cut slack" or detest.
Sure you get the drift!
