Price of beer and tax cut thread

Sometime in Dec, there was a thread about 10 men buying a beer and the price they paid was according to their income, and then talking abut tax cuts in that context.

Does anyone know where it was posted, have tried serching but no luck.

Also looking for a thread from about 8 years ago called ...."Diary of a sex rat". but have searched in vain.
