State in USA with best flying weather in Feb and March?

Which state/area in the USA would you say has the best flying weather during February and March?

I am still planning a helicopter trip and haven't made up my mind quite yet.

Go south, much further south.... Arizona, Florida, California, New Mexico

Depends what you mean by "best". "Best" might mean challenging/interesting. Or "best" might mean sunnny and calm. Don't forget you learn nothing only flying on perfect weather days.

Well spoken. I should have asked where not to go! I am looking for decent flying weather. In other words, it doesn't need to be calm and sunny 24/7, but I don't really want to be near TS, hail or even worse.
