Pelair Wetwinds

Just a questions in relation to the Westwinds out of Darwin, do they run Darwin-Tindal -Alice Springs-Adelaide-Melbourne or is Alice to Melbourne.
I was wondering how they get round the noise curfew in Adelaide and Sydney.
A very nice looking aircraft, I suppose the old adage looks good goes good applies.
Do Pelair still have a base in Perth?

Westwinds are exempt from noise curfew in Sydney. The 731s aren't that noisy...
