Whilst leaving the Army Air Corps Headquarters at Middle Wallop this evening I spotted a superb number plate on a Range Rover.
"A2 YNX" in a lovely script type font so it appears as "A LYNX".
Very nice.
Will anyone own up to it or does anyone have any others to share. :D

One of my favourites, owned by a Bookie was A150 RAN. And a few years ago, I saw FAT 61T driven by .... you've guessed it! AT least he could be self-deprecating about his stature!

There used to be a Jaguar running around Henley-on-Thames with 150BEL and another car with RAD10 1.

I once saw a taxi with 130LOX which I rather liked and a very smart Transit van belonging to a well known perfume manufacturer with the reg NO 5.

Years ago I spotted KYJ311Y. A nicely lubricated machine.
And have also seen H13NDA on a ........ You've guessed it.

Amazing how the digits merge to give the right message, usually late at night, bleary eyed and very, very tired.

Kettering! But I think, if you order a car from new, you can get whatever you want (and is available) no matter where you live!

I've emailed the DVLA to see if I can reserve it or buy it when its released but not heard back from them!

No doubt it will go in one of their over priced auctions!

In our enlightened Colony, we can buy personalised plates :)

"Copter" is now surplus to requirements, at a suitable price ;)

The best one I ever saw, which made me take a long, lingering secong look was on a blue Renault Clio Williams in Macclesfield driven by a Pamela Anderson lookalike. It was B10 JOB.

Last summer, down south somewhere, a Jag with R22. Quite a few years ago, down Burnham on Sea, a Clio (I think) with P1LOT, P7LOT or similar. Again, years ago, driving up the M6, an old style Ford Escort Cabriolet in yellow, with the number plate that resembled "Butt Boy"!!!!!!!!!

How can a number plate with numbers spell anything?

How do you spell "Gullible twits" alphanumerically?

Oh dear, that is very, very sad...!

In Brisbane there is a shiny, black & chrome, late model, high-end mercedes sports car being driven by a gent who always looks like his last 10 bucks got spent days ago but at least you know he didn't steal the car.
The number plate reads "BIG WIN".

Seen around Adelaide, years ago on a sports car (I can't remember the type)
UPYARR Think about it. UP YA R's

P1 LOT was sold at auction about 5 years ago. My girlfriend bid £500 for it but it eventually went for £67,000!!!

Must have been bought by a senior BA captain.

I can confirm that the number plate in question belongs to a bit of a nonce and full time passenger on 'the other bus'

He has a wooden steering wheel and wears Alan Partridge driving gloves

The seated seat was disconnected and the terminals attached to an 'in vehicle vibrating buttplug'

Why would I sit in that?

I'm not on the welfare....... besides, the beady seat covers and Demis Roussos CDs put me off entry, as inviting as the plug looked.

What put me off further was the window sticker with 'Lynx pilots do it with a smaller chopper'
