Can anyone advise me on what licences and ratings you would need to be able to fly a Bizjet (prop or jet) for a living??

Minimum required if you're going to fly for hire or reward, JAA CPL with IR if the aircraft's registered in the EU.

You'll also need the appropriate type rating.

More often that not, you'll be holding at least a "fATPL".
