My dear colleagues, my dear secretaries, and my dear crew.
That time of year has dawned upon us to celebrate the best in Middle-East Aviation.
Very much in the same way that cinema celebrates it's actors, with palms, Golden bears, emmys etc....
The Middle east celebrates its CEOs' in style with the lead snorkle award.
Nominations will be accepted thoughout March 2008.
The categories are as follows:
CEO wich looks closest to a pig:
Fastest CEO: (We need to be considerate to GF and award them this one)
CEO with the worst temper:(This category has been reserved by QR and is currently not available)
CEO who wants to be CEO but is not:
CEO with the most vulgar girlfriend/Boyfriend: ( No contenders for this award JH wins hands down)
CEO who knows the least about the airline business:
CEO with least authority in the ME:
If you can think of other categories please feel free to add them and I will correct the post as required.
We think it would be most appropriate to hold the awards ceremony in Abu Dhabi since it would avoid any unecessary travel and we have no funds to pay for shipping the lead snorkle (3.5kg)
