Does anybody have more specific details on the questions asked during the phone interview?

The usual stuff. You could be asked questions about Performance, such as "What's the significance of V1?" or Operational questions, such as "What's a contaminated runway?". Essentially, it's practical knowledge of Performance and IR stuff that a professional pilot should know.
Your knowledge of the English language will be assessed by the phone interviewer as well as CRM type issues.
