Can anyone give me some info about TransAer? I've looked at their website, but I'd like info about recruitment, bases, salary, working conditions etc. Any insights would be welcome too. Thanks in advance.

I've seen their Airbuses in LEMG quite often.

well,
We worked with them 2 consecutive years... They have some nice A-320 (EI-TLS, TLP) They are a good airline if you like to have a constant changing life, plenty of technical stops ( especially on the A-300) and "out of duties". You are never sure what's next... :)
If that 's your aim, go for it. They are not paid badly but they have a big staff flow (people leave constantly).
The crew loves a good drink and there is a good atmosphere between the crewmembers...
