Good day,

I'm looking at purchasing a couple books to start preparing for CX. One book I've read that is helpful is Aerodynamics for Naval Aviators. Is this by ASA, or is there another version? Just want to make sure I get the right one!
Also, is it really 432 pages? :8

I've read through the other threads re: preparation for CX, and heres what I've decided to use primarily for the technical:
1. Aero for Naval Aviators
2. HTBJ
3. XYZ
And a couple others for quick reference.

Anyone care to add any suggestions?
Has anyone used the Air Command Weather Manual for met review?

Thanks in advance for any help!

How interesting that aerodynamics may be different for Naval types. Maybe they call ground effect "water effect" and "flight deck effect". Most of the rest must be universal except for the confusing use of port and starboard.

Have there been recent updates of Kermode's book which used to be a would be aviator's bible?

www.wikipedia.org is very helpful as well with anything from jetstreams to supercritical wings etc...

Use the latest version of Kermode rather than Naval Aviators. The maths is kinda screwed up if you are used to using metric.
