One of our crews had a FIVE-hour slot into CDG last week(weather was bad,I think that railways are getting a real competition for us,if this happens more often....

Why not file VFR to Orly (or other nearby airport), then bus the passengers over and leave :)?
Can be done...

We dont have any representatives at orly,would be rather difficult,I guess...
and,if the weather is bad at CDG,it might be the same at orly..?
