Are many of the Biz Jets jobs just "crap"?

Hi!

I'm searching the Internet for possible Biz Jets jobs, and one site is cockpitjobs.de . To fly a Biz Jet is something I could really appreciate a lot!:ok:
Under the "Jobs" section, you'll be able to find many jobs available. But how serious are these actually? Is the pay usually good in the Biz Jet section when you start to fly jets like Falcon, Cessna and Learjet? Or is there no standard pay?

Thanks for any tips! I have over 1000 hours, some of them on jet, and looking for a Biz Jet job inside Germany or Austria (Switz. also OK). This is one job I find very interesting: http://www.cockpitjobs.de/kleinanzeigen/sirius.pdf

Well.. how long is a piece of string?
The jobs all have their good sides and bad sides and it depends what you see as priority.
With 1000hrs you should grab the first and best job on business jets to get started and then later you can start looking for better conditions. (Unless you want an airline job, then you best buy a rating somewhere and join the low costs). See what other things are of value like a good solid roster, sensible hotel standards and good training policies in the company.. because in the end the shiney jet you sold your grandmutti to fly becomes a job and staying in crap hotels half your life will make you miserable.
If Sirius wants you, take it, and get started with gaining experience as you wont stay with them for your entire career anyway so dont get too hung up on details. Sirius also know this and fully expect F/Os to bugger off as soon as something bigger and shiny gets offered.

Really? Do you have any numbers how much the salarys are? It would sure be interesting to see, so any help is welcome here.

I believe that is a classic line, "well how long is a piece of string", I will keep that one tucked away for the right moment. Well done.

Bizjet jobs!, some good , some bad, good ones are great, but still have their moments of shame, some never leave the yard. I have been at the "bizjet business for a few years, and I would have to say that in todays world, I think I would prefer it over the airline routine. But that is my humble opinion.

For a low time entry kind of guy, start somewhere, and then the transisition will be easier, and I do not think the phrase, "right place right time" is ever more appropriate than in corporate aviation.

Look at PPJN at you will see that pay at some operators like NetJets, Daimler and TAG are nor not crap plus have a better lifestyle than the airlines :)

Hi, just wondering what qualifications are required to fly a Biz jet - can you fly with JAA CPL, I/R, multiengine and type class or is an fATPL the minimum? Thanks! :)
