hi guys there is bad/good news that DGCA going to adopt EASA part147 andEASA part66 which mean that we newbee maintenance engineers have to give more exams for the same one exam of jet engine and heavy aircraft about 17 like in europe.any one having comments on this pls let me know and anyone from EU pls let of know what these rules state and how will there effect the india

CAR145 is already in place.....CAR147 & CAR66 will help us to be at par with EASA standards,this also improves opportunities for serving personnell to work on aircraft of other airlines.....
ICAO type II licence will be recognized in all countries.

i dont think sir icao part 2 licene will be applicable to all countries the faa and easa will never exept this one.............

sorry its "accept" because they r different regulating authorities
