Is this still in Texas?

To my knowledge none of Aramco's aircraft are in Texas, except for transit stops, maintenance and to be sold. They are registred in Texas as the company has a headquarters there.

If it's been de-registered, chances are it's been buried in the Aramco graveyard out in the desert.

Not really so. Aramco has had a history of selling their surplus/excess aircraft. And the 214 is a highly valued helicopter in the external load community. So it is likely it was sold to someone else.
