My friend joined a few years before me and he's on A-scale..
He can retire after 16 years with a 2 million US$ provident fund, 20-30% more in life time earnings + some other better benefits.
My provident fund will be a 1/4 of that..
My friend and I do the exact same job for CX.
I think now is the time we all get payed the same for doing the same job.
There must be some born leaders in the crew community who has the skills to negociate and properly prove, it will be a no cost item for CX...
I'm thinking about all the money they loose in training cost because guys are leaving, majority of B-scale officers doing the 1 man army thing, A-scalers on overtime ect.
Please, step up if you got the skills and please support the process if you don't.
