Info for availability of customs USA

Dear all,

Is there some (reliable/official) source available to know the availability of customs at the different airports in the USA? It's always a battle to find the right details, arrange after hours clearing, etc. Would be nice to know which airport is able to clear foreign nationals, flights under Visa Waiver Program, max capacity to clear customs, extension of hours possible, etc, etc.
