New European Q400 operator?

According to Bombardier, A European operator has recently placed a new order for 10 Q400's with 10 options. I am led to believe it is a UK operator.

Anyone have any ideas who it is?

Considering the world's largest Q400 operator is in the UK, I think I know where I'd put my money if it was true. :hmm:
