Whatever happened to Aravco?

I heard recently that Aravco had been taken over by JetClub.

Does anyone know the circumstances surrounding this?

What's the plans for the future?

Has all the previous management team departed?

I think they (Jetclub) just bought the AOC. I don't know what happened to the management team. The offshoot aircraft cleaning company Avialogistics (?) was still operating a few months ago. A couple of people I do know moved onto other things.
