Hi Y'all!!

I am writing on behalf of my mum. She is interested on becoming a stewardess but is concerned with being too old to do this. She is 47 (and she's a nurse).
If anyone has any advice for her it would be most welcome.

Many thanx,
Capt. Morgan

Im not sure about the other carriers, but Emirates (as far as I know) doesnt hire anyone over 30. Hope to have been some help.

I think BA recruits up until the age of 49, and Airtours up until 55. The general consensus appears to be leading to a higher cut-off age for cabin crew applications - for example, Monarch have recently upped their age limit from 34 to 38 ...
