Saudia Pay Raise?

I got an SMS message tonight congratulating the pilots of Saudia on their new, Board of Director approved pay raise:

"Congratulations. New salary program has been approved by the Board of Director's. Details will be furnished by Management."

Anyone know anything about it yet? Will this be for just the Saudi Saudia pilots?

Got the same SMS..... who knows....hope it it for everyone ...

Appears to be for all flight crew, large payrise for lower paid, first officers about 60%, but top Captains only get around 7%..Everyone else somewhere in that bracket..

MMM... sounds too good to be true...there's got to be a catch.... bye bye bonus... may be?? or new contract... but anyway something is better than nil..no?:)

Yep, perhaps I am a pessimist, but I am waiting to see what the catch is....

And, there is always a catch.
