With Jet* conducting the annual roadshows, can anybody fill us in with some details of what is being said? I'm hearing coments back saying the company will do any thing and everything it can

Give experienced QF FO's and SO's a valid career path and their problems will go away.

Capt Kremin, likewise if Qantas Mainline does (had) give(n) progression for Qantas Regional all us mere (now ex-) prop jockeys wouldn't have defected from the "Qantas Group". There would be less demand for new SOs and QLink would retain drivers for longer because there would have been a light at the end of the tunnel. (ie KLM cityhopper F50 drivers)

Off topic: The guys joining Jetstar now are from various backgrounds, as are the QF SOs. Often the difference is they didn't get through mainline selection, or some, like myself don't want to be Sydney based, Longhaul, cruise relief pilots ;).
