Wonder if any other Prooners have sampled the delights of this?

I signed up for their 'Dual Fuel Click Energy Online' scheme just over a year ago. Aside from the staff apparently not being aware of the scheme for about three months it seemed to proceed fairly normally. They then changed the website address and the computer system, following which, despite dozens of attempts, every attempt to log in has been met with "This service is not available at the moment......".

As a result, I have not been able to view my (online only, paperless) account for some months. Many emails have been exchanged but, since they only send pre-prepared and inappropriate answers, nothing has been achieved.

I did once telephone their helpline and the operator tried to log me in from her in-house keyboard - same result that I get.

It's like trying do do business with a dysfunctional teenager interested only in his Playstation.

Sign up to some other provider, you have two weeks to cancel but I guarantee you will be talking to a human from British Gas within 3 days.
