Actually, if you have no plans for it, you'll be helping out another Cathay guy.
The company will take the vacations it needs in reverse seniority order anyways, so you saying no doesn't do anything except maybe pass the problem on to another guy.
If you have plans for your February vacation, then you better hope that someone senior to you is more considerate or at least that you have enough people below you for cover. :hmm:

don't do it, when has the company helped anyone out. If they take from the bottom of seniority then they do but that will only firm everyones reslove.
