Does anybody know the differences between Team Jetstar and Jetstar Conditions? Call out times, Ova time, Day Off, Upgrade Rates?

Theres been alota talk about lately that all new recruits will eventually be on Team Jetstar conditions, avoiding EBA and FAAA?

Also with the existing crew coming up2 a yr @ International , if they want to go back to domestic, will they be employed on Team Jetstar or go back on the EBA?
