How to find out who is hiring in specifically in Middle East.
Any info in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Who isn't hiring here. pretty much all the ME airlines are looking for drivers if you meet the experience requirements which tend to be 1000-2000 hours of ME jet time and 4k ish total time.
