Air one pay and conditions

can anyone fill me in on the pay and conditions with air one as a captain on the 737. i got an interview in 2008 on the 737.
also will all the 737 be sold off replaced by the A320 ?

10 days off/month (can be reduced to 8 and they call you almost every other day off begging you to fly).
totally unstable and always late monthly roster
5000 euro/month if you don't fly on days off
6000 " / " if you are happy to give away 3/4 days off per month
LOL
28 days holidays given to you without possibility to choose when (we have a fixed pattern)
ZED tickets for you and family, jump seats on domestic flights


if you are a captain you have much better choices out there.
